Tide Mills

Rego Property purchased an old car showroom in two lots from the same vendor. The initial phase had planning for a terrace of 4 houses. This site was purchased in early 2014 and once completed all houses were sold at the initial launch event in early 2015. The second phase of the site was bought without planning in 2014.  A planning application was lodged with Lewes District Council for 14 houses and planning consent granted in the later part of 2014. Once planning was achieved we began construction on site in early 2015. The scheme was completed in the middle of 2016 and all houses sold prior to finishing on site.

Tide Mills was a well-designed development making excellent use of an under-utilised brownfield site. It was the first new build development in this area for some time, proving popular with prospective owners and was fully sold out before completion on site

Denton Village is nestled just off the Brighton to Eastbourne coastal road and lies between the towns of Newhaven and Seaford, by the mouth of the River Ouse. The village sits between The South Downs and Tide Mills Nature Reserve.
