Montpelier Place - Brighton

The site was a former Baptist Church and was purchased in early 2017. The property straddled both the Clifton Hill and Brunswick Town conservation areas. Rego Property commissioned its architects to deliver a high-quality residential scheme on this tight but excellently located piece of land. We were granted Planning Permission in late 2017 and construction commenced on site in early 2018. Working with an excellent team on site, Rego Property completed construction in mid 2019, having successfully sold all the properties during the construction phase of the development

Thoughtfully designed, this development proudly sits harmoniously within its regency surroundings. The popularity of the development was proven with all properties being sold out during the construction phase of the project. Following its completion in mid-2019, Rego Property were delighted to be awarded an MCHA Conservation Award for the Development in 2020.
